1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any application developed by TekinApps ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our applications.

2. Description of Service

We provide various iOS and Android applications across multiple categories including productivity tools, AI-powered utilities, creative applications, and specialized mobile solutions designed to enhance your mobile experience.

3. License and Usage Rights

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not allow you to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our applications
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our applications
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use our applications for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Distribute, rent, lease, or sublicense our applications

4. User Conduct

You agree to use our applications responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not:

• Use the applications to violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Interfere with or disrupt the applications' functionality
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Use the applications to spam, harass, or harm others

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our applications, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by TekinApps and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5A. User Content and Ownership

5A.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to content you create or upload to our applications, including:

• Photos and images you upload or capture
• Text, notes, and documents you create
• Data and information you input into our apps

5A.2 License to Use Your Content

By uploading or creating content in our applications, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Process your content to provide the requested services (e.g., AI editing, identification)
• Temporarily store your content on our servers for processing purposes
• Use anonymous, aggregated data derived from your content for improving our services

This license ends when you delete your content or your account, except for anonymized aggregated data.

5A.3 Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the right to upload or use any content in our apps
• Not uploading copyrighted material without authorization
• Not uploading illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Complying with all applicable laws regarding content you create or share

5A.4 AI-Generated Content Ownership

For content generated by AI features:

• You own the original content you provided as input
• AI-generated outputs may be subject to the AI service provider's terms
• We make no claims of ownership over AI-generated content, but cannot guarantee uniqueness
• Similar or identical AI outputs may be generated for other users using similar inputs

5A.5 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any user content that:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Is illegal, harmful, or inappropriate
• Violates applicable laws or regulations

6. Privacy and Data Collection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and disclose your information when you use our applications.

6A. Subscriptions and Payments

Some of our applications may offer premium features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.

6A.1 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Payment terms, pricing, and billing are subject to the app store's payment policies
• We do not directly collect or store your payment information

6A.2 Subscriptions

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Cancellation: You can cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings
• No Refunds: Unless required by law, we do not offer refunds for unused subscription periods
• Price Changes: Subscription prices may change with notice, but changes won't affect your current subscription period

6A.3 Free Trials

• Free trials may be offered for certain features or subscriptions
• You may be charged when the trial period ends unless you cancel before that time
• Free trial eligibility is determined by the app store

6A.4 Refunds

• Refund requests must be made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• We may provide usage logs to app stores to verify refund requests
• Abuse of refund policies may result in termination of service

7. App Store and Google Play Terms

Your use of our applications is also subject to the terms and conditions of the platform from which you downloaded the app:

• Apple App Store: Subject to Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions
• Google Play Store: Subject to Google Play's Terms of Service

In case of any conflict between these Terms and the respective app store terms, the app store terms shall prevail.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

We do not guarantee that:

• The applications will meet your specific requirements
• The applications will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Any identification or scanning results will be 100% accurate
• The applications will be compatible with all devices or operating systems

8A. AI-Generated Content Terms

Many of our applications utilize artificial intelligence (AI) technology to provide features such as content generation, image editing, and object identification. By using these AI features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

8A.1 AI Content Accuracy

• No Accuracy Guarantee: AI-generated content, identifications, and recommendations may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not unique to your situation
• Not Professional Advice: AI-generated content should not be relied upon as factual, professional, medical, legal, financial, or comprehensive advice
• Verification Required: You are solely responsible for verifying any AI-generated information before relying on it

8A.2 Prohibited Uses of AI Features

You agree NOT to use our AI-powered features for:

• Medical diagnosis, treatment decisions, or health-related advice
• Legal advice or legal decision-making
• Financial advice or investment decisions
• Any critical, safety-related, or life-threatening purposes
• Commercial purposes without explicit written permission
• Generating harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content

8A.3 User Input Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• All inputs you provide to AI features
• Not submitting copyrighted, confidential, or sensitive material without proper authorization
• Ensuring your inputs comply with all applicable laws and these Terms
• Any consequences resulting from your use of AI-generated content

8A.4 AI Service Providers

Our AI features are powered by third-party services including OpenAI, Fal.ai, and Google AI Labs. Your use of AI features is also subject to these providers' terms of service. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or content generated by these third-party AI services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TekinApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our applications.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TekinApps from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of our applications or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our applications at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our applications and delete them from your devices.

12. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through app updates or other appropriate means. Your continued use of our applications after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
